Our preferred method of contact is via email and we provide prompt replies, normally within a few hours. As an
online business, communicating via email enables us to keep our prices low, so please use this as your first method to

4. Do you have the product in stock?
We stock 90% of what is in the catalogue. If a product is not in stock you will be notified via email before your
order is shipped to be given the option of a substitute or to have the item back ordered. Back ordered items are not
charged until ready for dispatch unless the product is a special order where payment is in advance.

5. Can you supply products not in the catalogue?
Yes we have access to all brands of pet products imported into Australia and we also import other brands. We are
happy to locate products not in catalogue provided they are a legal import as some restrictions include certain aquatic
plants and fish foods.

We sell a very limited range of sea horses and giant clams when available.

Plants are packed with extreme care and are safe for 4 day travel. They are always dispatched
AAE early in the week (to avoid weekend delays).
