We ship Australia-wide. Our rates are as follows: Live Fish order with or without dry goods $15.94 this is for one fish or 1000 fish one low price. All orders $120 and over are shipped free freight Australia wide. Live fish are delivered to your door with live guarantee! We supply of freshwater tropical, Goldfish and Marine fish Australia wide! We pack in polysterene box for insulation. All bags are oxygenated and fish are safe and comfortable for up to 72 hours.
General Information
To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct to your door using Australian air Express www.aae.com.au
The day your order ships, you will receive a phone call and email containing your tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival.
We prefer to ship Mon/Tues as this allows up to 48 hours for delivery.
Most areas are overnight delivery.
Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures. It is a great idea to have your fish sent to work if you are not available at home 9-5 week days. The fish will wait comfortable in there insulated shipping container and oxegenated bags until you arrive home.
All live species orders will include a printed version of our detailed Acclimation Guide. Please follow the steps outlined in this guide carefully to ensure the good health of your new arrivals.
