This is a very rare fern.
B. heudelotti in submerged conditons develops attractive semi transparent green leaves with deeply serrated edges. The creeping rhizome of this plant does not like anaerobic conditons and it should not be buried.
It thrives best when attached to a stone or driftwood. This is a shade loving plant and therefore should not be kept in an aquarium where they can be exposed to high light intensity.
Slow growing but super hardy great for low light situations
