Want to order from Aquaria Australia Warehouse? We ship Australia-wide. Our rates are as follows:

Shipping is one low rate Australia wide $6.00 for up to $120 for dry goods order.

Live Fish order with or without dry goods $15.94

Orders $120 and over are shipped free freight Australia wide.

We ship with a range of companies including Australia Post, Australian air Express delivery times range between 1-7 days heavy items or non stock items are longer.

Being a strictly online aquarium mail order company we do not offer counter sales - again another saving we can pass to our customers. If you are Perth Metro based you will find our delivery normally 1-2 days. Perth Metro pick up also available please see details when processing order.

The information below will guide you through our return process.

Live Fish Shipping & Delivery

Live animal shipping is overnight air express service (can sometimes take up to 48 hours in transit depending on location, please use an address where someone will be available to receive Mon-Friday 9-5pm (No P.O.boxs) Orders are shipped after email notification within 24 hours of stock availability. Shipping days are Mon-Wed we will provide a tracking number for your order.

Total packaging and delivery costs for an order is a flat rate of $15.95 to all of Australia. Whether you order 1 fish or 1000 fish, you can order mixed dry goods and plants the total delivery cost is the same $15.95.

Live fish are packed in insulated polystyrene boxes and bags are oxygenated for a safe trip.

We cannot accept any returns due to shipping requirements. Please make your selection carefully.

We offer a 100% live delivery guarantee on all our fish, plants and inverts. If something in your order arrives dead, or is missing, please take a photo of it in the shipping bag and email to us info@aquaria.com.au We will supply a refund or store credit.

Live animal claims MUST be accompanied with accurate photos of each fish in the original bags and a shot of all dead fish together out of the bags. (If applicable)

Shipping costs are Non-Refundable and can not be Claimed.

Faulty Goods

All warranties are honoured and all goods found to be faulty within the manufacturers warranties may be returned for full refund or exchange/credit.

Freight charges are then the responsibility of Aquaria Australia Warehouse (AAW). Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to AAW by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made.

Returned Goods

All goods returned for any reason other than faults must be in as-new-condition. An exchange/credit for the full amount of the goods will be issued. All freight charges incured are then the responsibility of the purchaser and a 5 percent re-stocking fee will be charged. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to AAW by email before returning goods.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged in transport must be returned to AAW for inspection and will be replaced or an exchange supplied. Freight charges are then the responsibility of AAW. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to AAW by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made.
