Express Shipping
1-3 Days - $19.00 (Free for orders over AUD $100.00)

Standard Shipping
8-10 Days - $19.00 (Free for orders over AUD $60.00)
Orders sent with Australian Air Express and Toll Priority need a signature to be delivered (otherwise a calling card will be left and pickup can be arranged at the local depot). Please consider delivery to a daytime address (ie work address) or an authority to leave article on premises without a signature can be organised.

ANNOUNCEMENT, a slight change to the AAW freight policy:
Currently there are occasions when goods are placed in EXPRESS Post Bags when the destinations of the parcels are outside the delivery route of Australia Post EXPRESS delivery.
Not only has this resulted in misunderstandings (because despite being placed in EXPRESS bags the parcels are delivered according to the STANDARD Australia Post delivery times) but also, upon review, it has been determined that AAW can avoid the need to impose a price increase by adjusting this at the point of dispatch.
This means there will be occasions when goods will arrive in a STANDARD Post Bag which would appear to be contrary to our freight policy.
PLEASE NOTE: This will ONLY occur when there is no benefit to the customer to use an EXPRESS Bags and that this WILL NOT represent an inconvenience to the customer. Goods will continue to be dispatched promptly (most on the same day orders are placed) and arrive according to the best schedule Australia Post offers.

Faulty Goods
All warranties are honoured and all goods found to be faulty within the manufacturers warranties may be returned for
full refund or exchange/credit.
Freight charges are then the responsibility of Aquaria Australia Warehouse (AAW). Notification of the need to return
goods must be supplied to AAW by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made.
Returned Goods
All goods returned for any reason other than faults must be in as-new-condition. An exchange/credit for the full amount
of the goods will be issued. All freight charges incured are then the responsibility of the purchaser and a 5 percent
re-stocking fee will be charged. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to AAW by email before
returning goods.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged in transport must be returned to AAW for inspection and will be replaced or an exchange supplied.
